Chatstat provide and support the web based software free of charge that enables Nightlines to offer an online listening service. The service works through a secure 1-to-1 web based messenger which allows the student to ‘talk’ to a Nightline volunteer in real time.
Three Rings is a rota and volunteer management system offered free of charge to member Nightlines. It aims to streamline the administration of Nightlines, allowing volunteers to get on with the main concern: answering the phone.
